Lake of Bays Brewing Co. has opened their third location – this time venturing to Bracebridge, the heart of Muskoka – to bring craft beer enthusiasts another exciting new spot to stop for a pint. The Bracebridge Barrelhouse offers barrel-aged and experimental beers, both brewed on-site, as well as LB’s regular beer lineup, wine and cocktails, and a locally sourced menu. Their new space is spread over two floors with space for dining tables, a seat at their live edge bar, and impressive views of the three foeders – named Sagamo, Segwun, and Wenonah, after the Muskoka Steamships. Similar to the Brewhouse in Huntsville, the Barrelhouse serves a wide variety of upscale pub fare, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients from the Bracebridge area.

If you’re a fan of the live music, trivia nights and other brewery events you may have taken part in at their Huntsville location, you’re in luck. Plans are in place for these fun evenings to be part of the regular lineup once COVID restrictions ease and it is safe to do so.

Thinking about what you’ll have to eat? You can find their entire menu online here, and on it find unique items made with Lake of Bays Brewing products, including spent grain croutons and granola topping soups and salads, LB Spark House Red Ale BBQ Sauce on wings and ribs, beer infused mustard for dipping one of their giant soft pretzels, and a delicious beer battered Cod using their Switchback Pilsner.
